RAISE AN OLYMPIAN!

Headed by former Henry Park Primary School Principal, EDU-NET LEARNING CENTRE provides a firm foundation in Tuition and Olympiad Training

Mrs Pauline Ong has been running  the Edu-Net Learning Centre for over 17  years. She is the retired Headmistress of  Henry Park Primary School and under her  guidance Edu-Net Learning Centre has  seen many students prosper and improve  performance at their PSLE examinations.  Now, Edu-Net Learning Centre combines with Excel League Pte Ltd to bring to Singapore a new face for Olympiad  Training and Curriculum Tuition classes.

Excel League and Edu-Net Learning Centre can be observed as two  pioneering services merging together to offer students from Primary 1 to  Secondary 3 - Olympiad trainings, and Tuition classes in English, Math and  Science, that will prepare the students to take the giant leap forward in the  direction of success from a very early age.

The NEW Edu-Net Learning Centre provides training workshops for  Olympiads like Hwa Chong Institution’s SMOPS (Singapore Mathematical  Olympiad for Primary Schools), RI World Primary Mathematics Contest, NUS High’s  National Mathematical Olympiad of Singapore (NMOS), Anglo-Chinese School  (Independent)’s Mathlympics, Singapore Mathematical Olympiad  Junior, Asia International Mathematical Olympiad (AIMO), Singapore and ASEAN Schools Math Olympiads (SASMO) and Iken  Scientifica (Science Olympiad). Apart from these Olympiad  training, the institute offers classes for the preparation of important  examinations like DSA Aptitude Test and Primary School Leaving  Examination (PSLE), ‘O’ and ‘A’ levels. Besides, the institute also offers  workshops on Creative Writing (English), Math Magic and Fun Class, and Science  workshops for Tan Kah Kee competitions.

With MOE professional teachers and retired headmasters as the Star tutors, and other trainers being Science and Math major graduates from National  University of Singapore, the centre takes great pride in their staff and ensures that  top class training facilities are provided for the students in Singapore.

In conclusion, the methodology followed by teachers at the centre is to keep the process of learning fun oriented with hands-on activities that produces students with application-oriented mind set and greater clarity of concepts studied in schools. Excel League’s motto – “let us make learning fun” stands as a  simple vision that this institution aims to achieve without compromising on the  school curriculum or the students’ time.
