A comprehensive half and full-day curriculum responds to the social, emotional, physical, cognitive and aesthetic needs of every preschooler. Through a sequentially built acquisition of skills, Chiltern House facilitates easy and confident entry into Primary 1.

The potential to learn is maximised by direct experience, when discovery is real and concrete. Children receive plenty of opportunities to explore, to experiment individually and to make discoveries through work and through play, provided with top quality maths, science and literacy resources. Each class is led by two specialist language teachers (English and Mandarin), with specialist speech and drama and music teachers who visit as part of the curriculum. Parents are an integral part of the school’s community and encouraged to become involved in activities as much as possible. All these factors combined help instil in children a lifelong love for learning.

Chiltern House is also committed to providing for the integration of children with learning and social communication difficulties and has a dedicated Learning Support Department consisting of speech and language therapists and Special Education teachers.
